حَتَّى إِذَا بَلَغَ بَيْنَ السَّدَّيْنِ وَجَدَ مِن دُونِهِمَا قَوْمًا لَّا يَكَادُونَ يَفْقَهُونَ قَوْلًا

(18/93) When he reached between the two Barriers, he found aside from those two (nations) a people who could hardly understand a speech.
