وَرَبَطْنَا عَلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ إِذْ قَامُوا فَقَالُوا رَبُّنَا رَبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ لَن نَّدْعُوَ مِن دُونِهِ إِلَهًا لَقَدْ قُلْنَا إِذًا شَطَطًا

سورة الكهف
(18/14) We established a nexus with their hearts (We connected their hearts to us). When they stood up they said: “Our Lord is the Lord of the heavens and the earth. We shall never call upon any god besides Him. For then indeed we should have said an extravagant thing as doing wrong”.
