وَإِذَا تُتْلَى عَلَيْهِمْ آيَاتُنَا بَيِّنَاتٍ مَّا كَانَ حُجَّتَهُمْ إِلَّا أَن قَالُوا ائْتُوا بِآبَائِنَا إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ

(45/25) And when Our clear Verses were recited to them, their proof (argument) was nothing but saying: “Bring our fathers if you are truthful”!
