وَاسْتَفْزِزْ مَنِ اسْتَطَعْتَ مِنْهُمْ بِصَوْتِكَ وَأَجْلِبْ عَلَيْهِم بِخَيْلِكَ وَرَجِلِكَ وَشَارِكْهُمْ فِي الأَمْوَالِ وَالأَوْلادِ وَعِدْهُمْ وَمَا يَعِدُهُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ إِلاَّ غُرُورًا

سورة الإسراء
(17/64) And beguile whomsoever of them you can with your voice. Steer them shouting with your cavalry and your infantry (towards hell). Be partners with them in their wealth and children. And make (false) promises to them. Satan makes promises for them only to deceive (to be arrogant).
