قَالَ أَرَأَيْتَكَ هَذَا الَّذِي كَرَّمْتَ عَلَيَّ لَئِنْ أَخَّرْتَنِ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ لأَحْتَنِكَنَّ ذُرِّيَّتَهُ إَلاَّ قَلِيلاً ﴿٦٢﴾
سورة الإسراء
(17/62) (Lucifer) said: “According to Your perspective, is this (creature) whom You have honored above me? If You delay me until the Day of Resurrection, I surely will cause his progeny to depend on me except a few.”
