رَّبُّكُمْ أَعْلَمُ بِكُمْ إِن يَشَأْ يَرْحَمْكُمْ أَوْ إِن يَشَأْ يُعَذِّبْكُمْ وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَكِيلاً

(17/54) Your Lord knows you best. He will have mercy on you (He manifests Himself over you with His Most Merciful attribute) if He wills. And We have not sent you as a Surrogate.
