وَقُرْآناً فَرَقْنَاهُ لِتَقْرَأَهُ عَلَى النَّاسِ عَلَى مُكْثٍ وَنَزَّلْنَاهُ تَنزِيلاً

سورة الإسراء
(17/106) And the Qur’ân which We have divided it in parts (chapter by chapter, verse by verse). We sent it in a way so that you may read it to the people during a long period of time (by dividing it into parts so that it could be read during a long period of time).
