فَنَادَتْهُ الْمَلآئِكَةُ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ يُصَلِّي فِي الْمِحْرَابِ أَنَّ اللّهَ يُبَشِّرُكَ بِيَحْيَى مُصَدِّقًا بِكَلِمَةٍ مِّنَ اللّهِ وَسَيِّدًا وَحَصُورًا وَنَبِيًّا مِّنَ الصَّالِحِينَ

(3/39) Then the angels called to him as he stood praying in the sanctuary (mihrâb): “Allah gives you the glad tidings of John (Yahyâ), confirming a Word (Jesus) from Allah, and princely and chaste and a Prophet from among the improved ones (sâlihîn)”.
