وَلَقَدْ نَصَرَكُمُ اللّهُ بِبَدْرٍ وَأَنتُمْ أَذِلَّةٌ فَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ ﴿١٢٣﴾
سورة آل عمران
(3/123) And Allah did certainly assist you at (the battle of) Badr when you were a weak little force (in number and weapon). So have piety (takwâ) towards Allah. It is hoped that you may be thankful.
