كَدَأْبِ آلِ فِرْعَوْنَ وَالَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ كَذَّبُواْ بِآيَاتِنَا فَأَخَذَهُمُ اللّهُ بِذُنُوبِهِمْ وَاللّهُ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ

سورة آل عمران
(3/11) (Their case is) like the case of the family of Pharaoh and those before them; they belied our Verses, so that Allah seized them for their sins. And Allah is Severe in punishment.
