إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَيَصُدُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَالْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ الَّذِي جَعَلْنَاهُ لِلنَّاسِ سَوَاء الْعَاكِفُ فِيهِ وَالْبَادِ وَمَن يُرِدْ فِيهِ بِإِلْحَادٍ بِظُلْمٍ نُذِقْهُ مِنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ

سورة الحج
(22/25) Surely those who disbelieve, and hinder from the Way of Allah and from the Sacred Mosque which We have made equally for all men, the dwellers therein and the visitors from the outside; and whoever desires therein to cause (others) to deviate (from the Way of the Truth) with wrongdoing, We will make them taste of a painful torment.
