الَّذِينَ يَبْخَلُونَ وَيَأْمُرُونَ النَّاسَ بِالْبُخْلِ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الْغَنِيُّ الْحَمِيدُ

سورة الحـديد
(57/24) They act niggardly and enjoin niggardliness on others. And whoever turns back, then surely Allah, He is All-Rich, the Most Praised.
