مَا أَصَابَ مِن مُّصِيبَةٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي أَنفُسِكُمْ إِلَّا فِي كِتَابٍ مِّن قَبْلِ أَن نَّبْرَأَهَا إِنَّ ذَلِكَ عَلَى اللَّهِ يَسِيرٌ

سورة الحـديد
(57/22) There is no calamity in the earth or in your own souls that touches you, but it is recorded in the Book before Our creating it. Surely this is easy for Allah.
