وَلَقَدْ صَرَّفْنَاهُ بَيْنَهُمْ لِيَذَّكَّرُوا فَأَبَى أَكْثَرُ النَّاسِ إِلَّا كُفُورًا

سورة الفرقان
(25/50) And indeed We have distributed (explained in detail) it (rain, mercy, virtue and benediction) amongst them in order that they may deliberate. But most of mankind only resisted denying.
