وَهُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ الرِّيَاحَ بُشْرًا بَيْنَ يَدَيْ رَحْمَتِهِ وَأَنزَلْنَا مِنَ السَّمَاء مَاء طَهُورًا

سورة الفرقان
(25/48) And it is He who sendeth fort the winds as a herald before His mercy and We send down from the heaven water pure.
