وَهُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ الرِّيَاحَ بُشْرًا بَيْنَ يَدَيْ رَحْمَتِهِ وَأَنزَلْنَا مِنَ السَّمَاء مَاء طَهُورًا

سورة الفرقان
(25/48) And He it is Who sends the winds as heralds of glad tidings before His Mercy. And We have sent down pure water from the sky.
