لَقَدْ صَدَقَ اللَّهُ رَسُولَهُ الرُّؤْيَا بِالْحَقِّ لَتَدْخُلُنَّ الْمَسْجِدَ الْحَرَامَ إِن شَاء اللَّهُ آمِنِينَ مُحَلِّقِينَ رُؤُوسَكُمْ وَمُقَصِّرِينَ لَا تَخَافُونَ فَعَلِمَ مَا لَمْ تَعْلَمُوا فَجَعَلَ مِن دُونِ ذَلِكَ فَتْحًا قَرِيبًا

سورة الفتح
(48/27) Verily Allah has affirmed that the dream of His Messenger was the truth. If Allah wills, you shall most certainly enter Masjid-al Harâm (the Sacred Mosque), in security, having your heads shaved and (hair) shortened, without any fear. But as Allah knows what you do not know, He brought about a near conquest (to you) other than that (before that).
