أَتَأْمُرُونَ النَّاسَ بِالْبِرِّ وَتَنسَوْنَ أَنفُسَكُمْ وَأَنتُمْ تَتْلُونَ الْكِتَابَ أَفَلاَ تَعْقِلُونَ

(2/44) What! Do you enjoin Al-Birr [the purification of the soul’s heart and the submission (to Allah)] onto others but you forget it yourselves while you read the Book? Have you then no sense?
