هُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ لَكُم مَّا فِي الأَرْضِ جَمِيعاً ثُمَّ اسْتَوَى إِلَى السَّمَاء فَسَوَّاهُنَّ سَبْعَ سَمَاوَاتٍ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ

(2/29) He it is Who created for you all that there is in (on) the Earth; then He rose over towards the heaven and fashioned it into seven heavens. He has full knowledge of all things (He is All-Knowing).
