وَلِلْمُطَلَّقَاتِ مَتَاعٌ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ حَقًّا عَلَى الْمُتَّقِينَ

(2/241) And for the divorced women, maintenance (should be provided) in fairness (on a reasonable basis). This is a duty on the pious (owners of takwâ).
