الشَّهْرُ الْحَرَامُ بِالشَّهْرِ الْحَرَامِ وَالْحُرُمَاتُ قِصَاصٌ فَمَنِ اعْتَدَى عَلَيْكُمْ فَاعْتَدُواْ عَلَيْهِ بِمِثْلِ مَا اعْتَدَى عَلَيْكُمْ وَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّ اللّهَ مَعَ الْمُتَّقِينَ ﴿١٩٤﴾
سورة البقرة
(2/194) The forbidden month is for the forbidden month and all forbidden things are in reciprocity. Then whoever attacks you, you attack likewise the same amount. And become pious and know that Allah is surely with the pious (the owners of takwâ).
