وَقَاتِلُوهُمْ حَتَّى لاَ تَكُونَ فِتْنَةٌ وَيَكُونَ الدِّينُ لِلّهِ فَإِنِ انتَهَواْ فَلاَ عُدْوَانَ إِلاَّ عَلَى الظَّالِمِينَ

(2/193) And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (mischief) and the Religion is only for Allah, but if they desist, then there should be no hostility except against the tyrants.
