وَالْبَلَدُ الطَّيِّبُ يَخْرُجُ نَبَاتُهُ بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِ وَالَّذِي خَبُثَ لاَ يَخْرُجُ إِلاَّ نَكِدًا كَذَلِكَ نُصَرِّفُ الآيَاتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَشْكُرُونَ

سورة الأعراف
(7/58) And as for the beautiful land (where the soil is fertile), its vegetation springs forth by the Permission of its Lord, and that which is bad (unproductive, barren), its herbage is given forth but sparsely. Thus do We explain in detail Our Verses for a people who are thankful.
