أَوَلَمْ يَهْدِ لِلَّذِينَ يَرِثُونَ الأَرْضَ مِن بَعْدِ أَهْلِهَا أَن لَّوْ نَشَاء أَصَبْنَاهُم بِذُنُوبِهِمْ وَنَطْبَعُ عَلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ فَهُمْ لاَ يَسْمَعُونَ

سورة الأعراف
(7/100) And would not (Allah) deliver those who inherit the earth to Guidance (Hidayet) after its (country’s) people? If We had willed, We would have caused (calamities) to come upon them for their sins. And We would have sealed up their hearts so they would not hear.
