وَعَادًا وَثَمُودَ وَقَد تَّبَيَّنَ لَكُم مِّن مَّسَاكِنِهِمْ وَزَيَّنَ لَهُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ أَعْمَالَهُمْ فَصَدَّهُمْ عَنِ السَّبِيلِ وَكَانُوا مُسْتَبْصِرِينَ

سورة العنكبوت
(29/38) And the tribes of Ad and Thamud were shown to you! (Mentioning) their dwellings and Satan made their deeds fair-seeming to them, so he kept them back from the Way (of Allah), and they could sight (they denied yet seeing the truth).
