وَلَقَدْ فَتَنَّا الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ فَلَيَعْلَمَنَّ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ صَدَقُوا وَلَيَعْلَمَنَّ الْكَاذِبِينَ

سورة العنكبوت
(29/3) And certainly We tested those before them too. Allah certainly knows who are truthful and who the liars are.
