فَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوْمِهِ إِلَّا أَن قَالُوا اقْتُلُوهُ أَوْ حَرِّقُوهُ فَأَنجَاهُ اللَّهُ مِنَ النَّارِ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ

سورة العنكبوت
(29/24) Yet nothing was the answer of his people except that they said (to Abraham): “Kill him or burn him”! Then Allah delivered him from the fire. Most surely there are Signs (proofs) in this for a people who believe.
