وَحَرَامٌ عَلَى قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَاهَا أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ

(21/95) And there is prohibition (it is impossible) upon the people of a city which We have destroyed that they will ever return (be brought to life again).
