وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا مُوسَى وَهَارُونَ الْفُرْقَانَ وَضِيَاء وَذِكْرًا لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ

(21/48) And certainly We gave to Moses and Aaron the discernment (the Torah) as a (glorious) Light and a Reminder (Dhikr) for the owners of piety (Taqwa).
