قُلْ أَرَأَيْتُكُم إِنْ أَتَاكُمْ عَذَابُ اللّهِ أَوْ أَتَتْكُمُ السَّاعَةُ أَغَيْرَ اللّهِ تَدْعُونَ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ ﴿٤٠﴾
سورة الأنعام
(6/40) (O Muhammad!) Say (to the associators): “Did you see yourselves (your state, your powerlessness as deaf and dumb denying the verses of Allah in darkness)? If the torment of Allah should overtake you or the Hour (Doomsday) should come upon you, will you call on others besides Allah, if you are truthful”?
