ثُمَّ آتَيْنَا مُوسَى الْكِتَابَ تَمَامًا عَلَى الَّذِيَ أَحْسَنَ وَتَفْصِيلاً لِّكُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةً لَّعَلَّهُم بِلِقَاء رَبِّهِمْ يُؤْمِنُونَ

(6/154) Then, We gave Moses the Book (Torah) as complement to those who are the best of the best and an explanation in detail of all things and delivering to Guidance and a Mercy that they might believe in the meeting with their Lord.
