ثَمَانِيَةَ أَزْوَاجٍ مِّنَ الضَّأْنِ اثْنَيْنِ وَمِنَ الْمَعْزِ اثْنَيْنِ قُلْ آلذَّكَرَيْنِ حَرَّمَ أَمِ الأُنثَيَيْنِ أَمَّا اشْتَمَلَتْ عَلَيْهِ أَرْحَامُ الأُنثَيَيْنِ نَبِّؤُونِي بِعِلْمٍ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ ﴿١٤٣﴾
سورة الأنعام
(6/143) Eight pairs (created male and female beasts of burden and those which are fit for slaughter as indicated in verse 142); of the sheep two and of the goat two. Say: “Has He forbidden the two males or the two females or that which the wombs of the two females enclose”? Inform me with knowledge if you are truthful.
