إِلَّا مَن رَّحِمَ اللَّهُ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ ﴿٤٢﴾
سورة الدخان
(44/42) Except him on whom Allah has Mercy (whom Allah manifests Himself with His Name of Most Merciful). Surely He is the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful.
